James Lee

James Lee joined the Hunt family of companies in 1999. His responsibilities include sourcing, qualifying, executing and monitoring direct private equity investments. Lee currently serves on the boards of Castwell Products, LLC, and The Letco Group, LLC. Prior to joining Hunt Special Situations Group, Lee worked with other private equity groups within the Hunt organization.

Prior to joining Hunt, Lee was a senior manager in the Dallas office of
KPMG LLP. While at KPMG, he advised clients across a number of
industries including energy, manufacturing and distribution. Lee advised clients on numerous M&A transactions, providing valuation and due
diligence services in traditional as well as distressed situations.

Lee earned a BBA with honors and an MPA with honors from the University of Texas in Austin. He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, American Bankruptcy Institute and Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors.
